Amarillo, Texas
We came back down to the I 40 and along to Amarillo, Texas. Fill up at Flying J and are now parked in the Walmart Supercenter, just east of Amarillo. Blazing hot and windy. Tomorrow, into Oklahoma.

ReplyDeleteWe will be watching the weather very closely as we kit Tornado Alley. I saw a video on You Tube by a trucker on how he stays safe on the road when bad weather is in the way. Very informative.

ReplyDeleteIt was so windy last night, we thought that we would be blown right out of Walmart. Today the wind is strong and from the south. Yesterday it was from the west. Averaged nearly 11 MPG!
