We stayed here for a month (Dec 11th 2013 to Jan 11th 2014) on their special for $199.
It is a small park, very conveniently situated near the I-2. They have a small indoor heated pool and spa, laundry, fitness centre, recreation hall, shuffleboard, billiards, horseshoes, planned activities and social events. Quite a socially active park. Most of the park model "homes" are on the outside perimeter of the park. In the centre there are sites for trailers, fifth wheels and smaller motor homes. The sites are small and back onto one another. If you have a larger rig with slides at the back you may find it difficult to open your slides, or you may find yourself looking straight into your neighbour's trailer. Down the centre of the trailer area there are trees which have low branches and could pose a problem getting the taller fifth wheels and motorhomes onto the sites. Each site has a small concrete patio. It looks as if they are trying to upgrade some of the concrete pads to allow the trailers to park on concrete. We were lucky in that we had a site at the back of the park (Site 145) so had no-one behind us. Wifi is through Tengo and is not free, except for in the Club House. Cable is also not free but that was OK as we have satellite. Be warned that there are sites that not satellite friendly because of the trees. The park is maintained by local staff, no workampers. The office staff were very friendly, but not terribly efficient. Occupied sites are not updated on the computer, messages not passed on etc. The grounds staff were very good as the park was clean and neat. Our only complaint that the end of the road that our site was situated on was not paved and therefore was a huge mud puddle for most of our stay. It was very rainy for most of the month. The roads had been recently repaved, why on earth they didn't pave that 25 feet, is beyond me. We complained several times about it. If you are coming in here in a large RV, I would suggest that you try and get one of their Premium Sites.

Why didn't they pave this little section of road. This is unacceptable!! |
The Exercise room has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and one stationary bicycle.
Agree at why didn't they pave that one section of road? Like those sites were an afterthought and put in later after the road was done? But for the price of your stay, that was a good rate! Looks like a nicely well kept up place!
