Olympus C-7000 Digital Camera

I am very interested in the Olympus C-7000 Zoom camera. It has received some very good reviews and while it is not perfect, by any means, it seems to have everything I am looking for. I also like the idea of doing Panoramic photos as well as having the option of a 5X Optical Zoom. The price at Costco is also about $200 less than at the local camera stores.

Watch this space to see if we actually buy it tomorrow (my birthday present to me).

The Weekend is Here!

We are taking the RV out tomorrow. We'll just go to Darlington Provincial Park as it is very close to home and we can back to Aged Father if we need to. We have to check the battery out and see if we need to buy a new one. I somehow think we will, after the cross connecting error of last month. We will be stopping in at Costco in the morning to have a look at new digital cameras and will take a look to see how much their deep cycle batteries are.

The weather looks good for the weekend, just a few showers predicted and fairly high temperatures on both Saturday and Sunday.

Oh, fiddlesticks!

I checked my web page tonight at work and found that the new method of posting, i.e. by dragging and dropping from Composer, does not transfer the photos. It works fine on my own computer, because that is where my photos are, but from another computer....no photos! So tomorrow, it's back to the drawing board and I will have to upload all the pics. Sorry folks, check back in a couple of days, all should be visible once again!
